Matthew rated this product on 11/17/09 As promised I would review after getting some playing time in. First off these irons are everything they have been said to be on this sight. As a beginner i have my share of miss hits and theses clubs have enough forgiveness to put me on the fringe rather than in the trees. the one thing that has been mentioned is that these clubs let you know the second you do miss hit these irons can sting. Overall they look and play great and the pain form the miss hits has actually made me much more thoughtful of my swing.
Matthew rated this product on 11/13/09 I just received my Command Irons and the look and feel fantastic. I will do a full review ofter I've broken them in but I just wanted to say this is by far the best customer service I have ever received from an online retailer or any retailer for that matter. Aaron was great taking care of everything. Needless to say I will be purchasing my woods from pine meadow shortly.
Bill rated this product on 11/06/09 I bought a set of Pinemeadow "Acers" about 5 years ago, and it is time to get another set, because the faces have worn out (smooth-almost). In those last 2-3 years I've gone from a 13 hdcp to currently a 5.8 index. Boy was I disappointed to see you no longer have the Acer in your line. Did you eliminate it or sell it off to somebody else? I had such a good experience with them that I hesitate to go another route. By the way. When I did buy the Acers, I needed a +1/2" shaft. My wrder was placed on a Monday and the clubs were on my porch Thursday morning. Great job!!!!!!!!
Rudy rated this product on 10/31/09 Where do I begin. Let start with customer service. Excellent. Great. The best. I am a left handed golfer and really wanted the Command Q irons. A co-worker of mine Ron (See his review below) just bought them and loves them, so I had to get a set however Pinemeadow does not carry these in left handed. So I tried anyways and spoke with Chris Carnahan who went out of his way and looked through the warehouse and found me a set. Great...Thank You...Now back to the irons themselves. I hit really well with these irons. I'm glad I did not blow a lot of money on a name brand club. These hit just the same and I saved a ton of money. (Sounds like a commercial) lol. These irons are very well made and has a great feel to them. These are all the irons I will ever need and use until they break. Then i'll just have to get another set. (For all you left handed golfer out there I just spoke to Pinemeadow this week and they told me that by the end of next week they will have a bunch the Command Q irons in Left Handed, just give them a call). Hope this review helps make up your mind. These are great irons, don't waste your money on the name brand stuff unless you have to have them because of the name. The quality is the same.
Barron rated this product on 10/10/09 I got my set on 10/1/09. I went to the range to hit them, and I've played two par-3 rounds and one regular round since. I'm still getting a feel for them, but when I hit the ball cleanly, they're outstanding. I've had a couple other golfers remark that they look exactly like the Taylor Made r7 irons. The only negative is that I lost one of my excuses for not playing well. Can't blame the clubs anymore.
