Description
The EGI irons with matte black melonite finish are a limited edition iron series available only while supplies last. Like the chrome version of the EGI irons the Pinemeadow Excel family is known for increased launch and large sweet spot giving you the ultimate game improvement clubs.
These irons feature a medium top-line and wide sole that provide stability and control. The EGI irons also feature a dual-level beveled flare sole that make these irons unique. The technology helps you power through any type of lie and doesn't get caught up in the thicker rough. The result is a straighter and longer shot from any condition on the course. It also pushes the weight of the club to the bottom of the club to help generate optimal launch.

Jake rated this product on 11/12/13 I bought 3-SW a few months ago and couldn't be happier. I have been golfing off and on for the past few years but really started getting into it a few months ago. I have replaced all of my Sports Authority clubs with Pinemeadow clubs now and I must say, they have really changed my game. I barely had them out of the box when I was playing my first game and it was one of the best games I have ever played. The clubs are really forgiving and have a nice solid feel to them. The only complaints I have with these clubs is that sand and dirt will get stuck down in the cavities and its not too easy to get out. Also, I expect that the black finish will start to wear off with extended play, but thats just shows that you have broken them in in my opinion. All in all, I am really pleased with this set of clubs and with Pinemeadows customer service.
Scott rated this product on 10/18/13 Excellent set of irons. I bought these after my original set broke when using a 7 iron. A friend of mine recommended these so I tried them out. The price was great, and they hit great. Took them to Orlando to play and I've dropped 6 strokes off of my game with these. They are easy to use and have a great feel to them. What's best is I was able to customize them with oversize grips and extended them a half inch. Don't be afraid to use try them.
